Surabaya is known as the oldest existing city in Indonesia and in modern time ib the City of Heroes. Sura-Baya means Courage 1n Danger. This also showed the perception of the people 1n the era of development. Danger should be translated as problems of development and courage means never having to say Impossible. In simple language it can be said that the people of Surabaya is always ready to take any active part to make the city better and habitable to it’s inhabitant, now and In the future.
