Pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention to use credit card of BCA melalui perceived usefulness di Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Eease of Use
Terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use Credit Card of BCA Melalui Perceived Usefulness Di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik
pengambilan sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel diperoleh berdasarkan kriteria. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar angket melalui sebanyak 109 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral intention to use, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral intention to use dan Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral intention to use.
