The Struggle of Toussaint Maheu that leads to his failure in Emile Zola's germinal

The thesis writer would like to thank God who has given
her strength and guidance to finish the thesis. Her special
gratitute is to her advisor, Dra. Jenny M. Djundjung, M.A.,
and her co-reader, Drs. Stefanus Suprayitno for valuable
guidance advice and precious time to help the thesis writer
