would like to discuss it through the characters and he uses literary theories
that is characterization and satire in order to achieve the goal of liis analysis.
Through all of the discussion of the main and minor characters in the novel,
the writer finds that the greediness of power may cause someone to become
a dictator or a tyrant, after the writer discusses about Napoleon which is shown
as abusive leader and Snowball the victim of his betiayal. Besides, the writer
also discovers that Boxer represents the naivity of the common people, and
Squealer the propagandist that spreads the lie. From the discussion , the readers
may find the aspects in society that George Orwell intends to criticize, especially
the society in Russia and its political system. Using satire effectively in his novel,
Orwell has done his works well.
