The object of this research are multinational company that commonly have a massive market in Europe and Asia. The stakeholders? perception toward the company is the critical index that can affect the companies performance.
The analysis technique used Tobins-Q method description, to measure the stakeholders?perception towards the company, which the result of research showed that the stakeholders? perception are strongly correlated with the company performances. This research also reveal the factors that can influence the perception, and what kind of strategy can be used to maintain these perception to provide optimal performance while experiencing unfavorable economic conditions.
