Analisa faktor eksternal dan internal yang mempengaruhi impulse buying di The Grand Palace Department Store

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi impulse buying di The Grand Palace department store. Dan dari penelitian ini diambil 3 variabel faktor internal yaitu self-discrepancy, mood states, dan effort and resources dan 4 faktor eksternal yaitu visual stimulus, in-store browsing, store apparent characteristic, dan sales promotion. Dari ke tujuh faktor tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying di The Grand Palace department store. Dan effort and resources merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi impulse buying di The Grand Palace department store.
