Analisa pengaruh customer knowledge service quality dengan customer relationship management sebagai variabel median di hotel berbintang Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan customer knowledge dan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pada service quality di hotel berbintang Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 100 responden manager dan staff marketing hotel berbintang tiga sampai lima di Surabaya, dengan teknik pengolahan data SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara customer knowledge terhadap Customer Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management terhadap service quality, customer knowledge terhadap service quality. Customer knowledge terhadap service quality melalui variabel mediasi yaitu Customer Relationship Management dianggap tidak efektif di hotel bintang tiga sampai lima di Surabaya.
