Menciptakan job satisfaction karyawan dengan penerapan transformational leadership melalui variabel mediasi workplace spirituality dan employee engagement di restoran Sushi Tei Surabaya

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap job satisfaction dengan workplace spirituality dan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi di Restoran Sushi Tei Surabaya. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan metode partial least square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan dari transformational leadership terhadap workplace spirituality, workplace spirituality terhadap employee engagement dan job satisfaction, employee engagement terhadap job satisfaction. Sementara itu, transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality dapat menjadi variabel mediasi yang baik bagi transformational leadership terhadap employee engagement dan job satisfaction.
