Analysis on how PT XYZ implemented ISO 9001:2015 clause 7.5 for documented information management & problem identification using Ishikawa diagram

This report was created to explain on how a large company implements ISO 9001:2015, this report will focus on discussing clause 7.5 for documented information management, clause 7.5 is implemented in the internal workflow process for documents from Draft-to-Effective lifecycle, PT.XYZ has requirements that are made and can be implemented by all affiliates (global), so that, the documented information produced are in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the company can ensure the sustainability and continuity of the system. Quality Management System (QMS) team works closely with several personnel, are responsible for document creation and carrying out workflow. In practice of executing the workflow, there is one problem that arise which is document Approved/Effective exceed the deadline. After finding the problem, then look for the root causes using Ishikawa diagram, which is one the 7 QC tools. After finding the root of the problem, a table created that groups the types of the causes and the number of documents that are Approved/Effective, then proposed solution is sought which is expected to reduce the possibility of the problem recurring.
