Library's collection Library's IT development CancelThe purpose of this project is to enhance visibility into TWDC Benelux's marketing spend and associated reporting will have clear benefits such as better control, better decision making and increasing planning capability. The Marketing Taskforce's project will be the case study of this Advisory Report's research. I will try to formulate the framework of this research, conduct the research through internal research (observation and internal input) anp come up with conclusion and recommendations related to the problem statement. The research will result on several strategies to standardize marketing expense reporting by equipping all of marketing GL accounts with WBS element. The impact will be mainly to casual buyers, the Finance Department, the Accounting Department, and Disney Channel. Besides, several benefits of this standardization are better management, less confusion for casual buyers and better control toward actual costs versus forecast.
