Pengaruh job satisfaction, employee engagement dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizen behavior karyawan Kospin Jasa Pekalongan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh job satisfaction, employee engagement, dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis tabulasi silang, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara job satisfaction, employee engagement, dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
