Developing by definite a better organization structure following job description and job specification for all position in Moy Fa Restaurant to increase customer satisfaction

This dissertation is written as a final part of traineeship in order to
developed better organizational structure with clear job description and job
specification to increase customer satisfaction in Moy Fa Restaurant.
Quality research has been conducted. This qualitative research is divided
into 7 (seven) parts. The first part is about the proposal, the proposal consists of:
1. INTRODUCTION TO THE TOPIC
2. PROBLEM STATEMENT
3. RESEARCH QUESTION
4. THE DELIMITATION AND LIMITATION
5. METHOD AND JUSTIFICATION OF METHOD
The second part introduces the problem. It shows that for stalling thesis,
first the problem faced by Moy Fa has to be stated clearly. The writers are going
to explain about
1. THE OLD ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE SYSTEM OF MOY FA
RESTAURANT.
2. THE PROBLEM THAT IS FACED BY MOY FA RESTAURANT
BECAUSE OF HAVING NO CLEAR ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE,
JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB SPECIFICATION.
The third part is about Moy Fa restaurant, including its histoiy in general
in this HORECA business and also it is important to know before problems
occurred. The writers are going to start with:
