Pengaruh knowledge creation dan knowledge utilization terhadap employee innovation melalui knowledge worker satisfaction generasi Y dan Z di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Creation dan
Knowledge Utilization terhadap Employee Innovation melalui Knowledge Worker Satisfaction
Generasi Y dan Z di Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 235 responden dalam survei
berbasis kuesioner daring. Dengan menggunakan partial least square, penelitian ini menujukkan
bahwa knowledge creation dan knowledge utilization dapat mendorong terbentuknya
knowledge worker satisfaction, knowledge worker satisfaction dapat meningkatkan employee
innovation, serta knowledge worker satisfaction dapat memperkuat pengaruh hubungan
knowledge creation terhadap employee innovation dan memperkuat pengaruh hubungan
knowledge utilization terhadap employee innovation pada knowledge worker generasi Y dan Z
di Indonesia.
