A comparison between simple added weight value and quality-to-price ratio method for supplier selection at PT X

The Procurement process's primary goal is to achieve the best value from all available decisions.
The best value comes from multiple evaluation methods with different approaches that may have
advantages or disadvantages depending on the procurer's priority. This paper provides on what is the
main factor of PT X scoring systems to be able to determine what is each respecting approach. PT X
utilizes Simple Added Weight value as their primary scoring system during the Quality-to-Price Ratio as its
supporting system. The main discussion is from comparing each method winner where every aspect of
the respecting formula was noted. This result will be able to know and validate the primary approach of
each corresponding method.
