Peran mediasi co-creation atas pengaruh customer to customer interaction terhadap attitude towards skincare product

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati peran mediasi co-creation atas pengaruh interaksi antar konsumen terhadap attitude towards skincare product. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 220 responden penelitian. Dalam mengolah data peneliti menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah customer to customer interaction memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap attitude towards skincare product. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa co-creation sebagai mediasi dapat mempengaruhi pengaruh customer to customer interaction terhadap attitude towards skincare product.
