Library's collection Library's IT development CancelThe main subject of this thesis is to find out customer perception about the price related to the product of the Chinese buffet that Paradijs Oosterhout Restaurant offer. The company will make a good decision about the price of Chinese buffet to face the strict competition between the buffet restaurant competitors. Therefore the company needs to know what the customers think about the price and product related at weekends and weekdays. This research is a descriptive research. The writer use questionnaires as an instrument of the research to collect data from customers and to measure the data in questionnaire the writers use ordinal scale. The writers also use percentage and pie chart to describe the result. The writers give recommendation what to do with the price and product, p whether to increase or decrease the price, whether to add more or less or extend the products (the buffet) based on the customer?sperception analysis.
