Analisa trust in airline, percieved ease of use, incentives, percieved usefulness terhadap e satisfaction dan intention to repurchase ticket online pesawat terbang di Indonesia

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam pembelian tiket pesawat terbang online di Indonesia. Adapun variabel-variabel pada penelitian ini adalah trust in airline, perceived ease of use, incentives, perceived usefulness, e-satisfaction, dan intention to repurchase ticket. Teknik analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan analisa SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel trust in airline, perceived ease of use, incentives, dan perceived usefulness mempengaruhi e-satisfaction serta variabel perceived ease of use, incentives, perceived usefulness, dan e-satisfaction mempengaruhi intention to repurchase ticket online di Indonesia.
