new demands. Traditional firms that refuse to change risk of being irrelevant in the industry. On
the other hand this change also brings opportunity for firms who are willing to adapt and are
ready to face that change. The challenge for market research agencies is to find out how they
should grab the opportunity while mitigating the risk that I associated with this change
The main objective of this research is to devise a new business model with a unique value
proposition for ADK-Insights so that it can develop a sustainable market growth in the long term.
