The Tendency of consumer behaviour of choosing Parkheuvel menu

This report is going to discuss about consumer behaviour in Parkheuvel
restaurant. It is very necessary to put the matter into the surface because if we run
service industry especially in Horeca ( Hotel, restaurant, &cafe ) we have to know
exactly our customers in order to stay and survive in rail of competition. Many
things have been done to attrack customers, for example: maintaining the quality
of the products, offering various menus at reasonable prices, designing the
restaurants in a comfortable atmosphere, and maybe also with promotion.
Parkheuvel restaurant stresses in its various menu.
There is a phenomenon that all of the set menus in Parkheuvel constantly
are being modified in certain periods of time, but still there is a tendency of
people choosing Parkheuvel menu.
The problem statement of the research is: Why the guests tend to choose
Parkheuvel menu? Some research questions have been made to find an answer to
this problem statement.
The methodologies that will be used are literatur study which needed to
find out what other authors had to say about consumer behaviour, interviewing,
and observing. By doing all the methodology, it will arrive to answers all the
answers of the research questions and problem statement.
