Analyzing factors that have an impact on labor productivity inside food and beverages firm in Indonesia based on quantitative data

This study aims to study several factors that are suspected to have an influence on labor productivity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. In this study, the authors wanted to use employee turnover rate, compensation, number of employees, firms' age, as well as firms' size as independent variables, and labor productivity as dependent variables. The regression data panel was used in this study to test 27 samples of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. In order to test the hypothesis proposed in this study, one of the regression data panels, fixed effect model, is used as a statistical approach that corresponds to the characteristics of the data. The authors concluded that employee turnover rate, compensation, and number of employees have an influence on labor productivity.
