Pengaruh perceived playfulness dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to continue using melalui attitude toward using pada pengguna Netflix di masa pandemi Covid-19

Berdasarkan technology acceptance model (TAM), faktor-faktor yang membentuk intention to continue use untuk menggunakan teknologi adalah perceived playfulness dan perceived usefulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel perceived playfulness dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to continue use melalui attitude toward using pada pengguna Netflix di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived playfulness dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh pada attitude toward using, dan attitude toward using berpengaruh pada intention to continue use.
