Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui job satisfaction dan organizational trust karyawan bank swasta di Jember

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memahami Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Melalui Job Satisfaction dan Organizational Trust Karyawan Bank Swasta di Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 240 sampel karyawan bank swasta di Jember. Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program SmartPLS dengan menggunakan beberapa pengolahan, yaitu evaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction dan Organizational Trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Perceived Organizational Support.
