Customer satisfaction analysis usage of SmartTAC with importance performance analysis

Due to the expeditious development era, which is accompanied by the advances in technologies, the need for information to increase significantly. People presently are common with the usage of social media that caused changes in the techniques of how people communicate with each other. Most of the communications nowadays are shifted to online based more than face to face as a consequence of dealing with this pandemic COVID-19. This pandemic has limited our physical contact and troubled all of our communication systems. One of the companies that moves on technology innovations, PT. TAC can adjust the way people exchange information and ease people in communicating at this time. Owing to the advancement of technologies, there are several kinds of innovation that PT. TAC can offer to communities. To maintain customers using PT. TAC’s products with the aim that the company can continue to compete and be the best from other competitors. Based on the paper that has been conducted here, I have calculated the CSI, and it turns out that 91,47% which indicates that the company has made a good impression for the customers.
