Pengaruh perceived food quality, perceived monetary value, dan convenience pada satisfaction terhadap restaurant patronage intention di House of Mie

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Perceived Food Quality, Perceived Monetary Value, dan Convenience Pada Satisfaction Terhadap Restaurant Patronage Intention Di House Of Mie. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan software Smart PLS untuk pengolahan data dengan menggunakan 121 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah Perceived Food Quality, Perceived Monetary Value, dan Convenience berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction dan Perceived Food Quality, Perceived Monetary Value, dan Convenience berpengaruh terhadap Restaurant Patronage Intention melalui Satisfaction serta Perceived Food Quality, Perceived Monetary Value, dan Convenience tidak berpengaruh terhadap Restaurant Patronage Intention.
