The Influence of working hour about the quality of employee's performance in Moy Fa restaurant

Restaurant business which progressively booming lately causes the
existing restaurant try to give the best to its consumer. This matters is intended the
restaurant for not failing in emulation. To give the best to its consumers, each
restaurant has to be able to manage its employees better so that performance can be
as accordance as what expected by the restaurant.
Moy Fa restaurant is a Chinese-Indonesian restaurant which uses flexible
working hour. Mrs. Liu as the owner always makes a schedule for her employee. It
is because all of her employees are part timers.
The result of the analyzing, applying which flexible working hours can
give good influence to the employees. Most of them working as fast as possible
because they want to go home immediately. And some employees also want to
work more because they need money. But, with using flexible working hours not
only give a positive side but also negative one; like some employees do not want
work in the normal day or they work slowly just to get many hours so they can get
more money.
They are some from examples about using flexible working hours. With
this research, the writer wants to know more about the influence of the employee?s
performance, their discipline and also their absenteeism by using flexible working
hours.
