Analisis Pengaruh Organizational Commitment to Employee Terhadap Employee Perceived Service Quality dan Affective Commitment Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Restoran Ikan Bakar Cianjur Manyar.
Pesatnya pertumbuhan persaingan di dunia bisnis, menyebabkan banyak perusahaan yang menyadari bahwa karyawan merupakan aset nomor satu dan merupakan pusat dari sumber daya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square, yang menghasilkan Organizational Commitment to Employee berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment, Affective Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Perceived Service Quality, Organizational Commitment to Employee berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Perceived Service Quality, di mana Affective Commitment akan memperkuat hubungan antar ke dua variabel.
