Pengaruh non physical work environment dan competency terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction di PT Hantar Prada Harmoni

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Non Physical Work Environment dan competency terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction di PT Hantar Prada Harmoni. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 78 orang karyawan PT Hantar Prada Harmoni. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa non physical work environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, competency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, non physical work environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, dan competency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction pada PT Hantar Prada Harmoni.
