The analysis of job satisfaction of young lecturers of private universities in Surabaya

The research is done to examine the simultaneous and individual impact of
the components of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations on job satisfaction of young
lecturers in private universities in Surabaya.
Multiple regressions were used as the analysis technique to reveal the
relationship between them. The results show that the components of intrinsic and
extrinsic factors simultaneously impact job satisfaction of young lecturers of
private universities in Surabaya. In addition, the findings show that recognition,
working conditions and supervision individually has impact on the job satisfaction
of the young lecturers in private universities in Surabaya.
