Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi passenger satisfaction dan passenger loyalty pada PT Timor Travel di Kupang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh service quality, perceived value, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use terhadap passenger satisfaction dan passenger loyalty pada layanan Travel Timor di Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur. Tipe penelitian termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 sampel. Variabel penelitian meliputi: empat variabel bebas yaitu: service quality, perceived value, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use. Variabel terikat penelitian meliputi: passenger satisfaction dan passenger loyalty. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel menggunakan lima skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel bebas: service quality, perceived value, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap passenger satisfaction, dan passenger satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap passenger loyalty.
