This dissertation is about how to improve the service operational management in Ni Hao Stadspark. First of all, the writers decide the research statement and research questions that will be answered by literature review, interview and observation results. The research questions include the aspects around service operational management in Ni Hao Stadspark The writers use qualitative research to analyze the observation and interview results. The comparison between observation and interview results will give information about what happened inside Ni Hao Stadspark that related to service operational management and its operational.
