Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan Store Atmosphere, Product
Involvement, Brand Name, Premium Quality, dan Patron Status Terhadap
Upscale Orientation di Matahari New Generation di Tunjungan Plasa Surabaya
dan mengidentifikasikan faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap upscale
orientation di Matahari New Generation di Tunjungan Plasa Surabaya. Penelitian
ini menemukan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap upscale
orientation di Matahari New Generation dan brand name adalah faktor yang
dominan diantara variabel bebas lain.
