Pengaruh brand equity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di Haryono Tour and Travel Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh brand equity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di Haryono Tour and Travel Surabaya. Dimana brand equity terdiri dari brand awareness, percieved quality, dan brand association. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan, perceived quality dan brand association berpengaruh signifikan. Brand equity berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.
