Pengaruh perceived quality, perceived sacrifice dan perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction di Informa Innovative Furnishing Pakuwon City Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Perceived Quality, Perceived Sacrifice dan Perceived Value terhadap Customer Satisfaction di Informa Innovative Furnishing Pakuwon City Surabaya. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived quality, perceived sacrifice dan perceived value. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang konsumen di Informa Pakuwon City. Alat analisa yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Customer Loyalty adalah analisa regresi linear berganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, customer satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction di Informa Innovative Furnishing Pakuwon City Surabaya. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi customer satisfaction adalah perceived value
