The impact of financial bond, social bond, and structural bond toward customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable: a study of Bank Central asia's (BCA) customers in Surabaya

This research is conducted to understand the impact of financial bond,
social bond, and structural bond towards customer loyalty with customer
satisfaction as the mediation. This problem needs to be analyzed because of the
increasing number middle class in Indonesia, switching behavior, and the
decreasing market share of Bank Central Asia (BCA).
The analysis in the research is done through Path analysis and Sobel test to
describe the direct and indirect relationship between the independent and
dependent variables. All the variables are also tested using classic assumption test,
F-test, and t-test. The finding shows that the independent variables simultaneously
impact the dependent variable and intervening variable. Besides that, the only
independent variable that significantly have direct impact towards dependent
variable and intervening variable is Social Bond. Lastly, there is significant partial
indirect impact of independent variable towards dependent variable which
mediated by intervening variable.
