Pengaruh transactional leadership terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee satisfaction pada karyawan Hotel Ultima Horizon

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari transactional leadership terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee satisfaction pada obyek penelitian karyawan Hotel Ultima Horizon. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner oleh 107 orang responden. Data penelitian yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transactional leadership berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, transactional leadership berpengaruh terhadap employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat efek mediasi dari variabel employee satisfaction di antara transactional leadership dan employee performance.
